Think of your educational development as you think of your research - your results and experiences can be just the inspiration or "that one piece of the puzzle" that somebody else needs to make their practice better and spark their educational change.

Thus, it is important to share what you do. When you share your experiences you help yourself reflect and systematically learn from your own practice, and you also help your colleagues and peers and contribute to the community of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
